About [Edit]
Good Cheer is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization funded from three separate sources: 6 percent through state grants, 51 percent from community donations, and 43 percent from its two Thrift Stores. All of the Thrift Store proceeds are generated by items donated by the community, then recycled and resold at two South Whidbey retail locations.
Good Cheer is committed to creating a hunger-free community on South Whidbey Island.
We will:
- Fund and manage an accessible Food Bank
- Operate and promote a successful Thrift Store
- Involve the community as volunteers, donors, and recipients
