Mission/Vision:
The main Centre's aim is a new civilization - upbringing and teaching of the coming generation in special surroundings, which stimulate intellectual, scientific and moral potential. We face to the necessity of making our educational process more humanitarian, to extend the sphere of using computers in the different educational projects, to decide the global problems which attract the great interest considering these problems through the creation and realization of regional and international projects.The problems are:
- the problem of democracy (rights of children, emigrants, rational minorities);
national consent level (struggle with racism, discrimination);
new ethics (moral and cultural wealth crisis); international, intercultural education (culture of Russia, Commonwealth of Independent States countries, providing the participation in the cultural life of our society and international collaboration);
ecology (environmental problems).
