About [Edit]
Ibis works for a just world, in which all people have equal access to education, influence and resources.
Against the background of the vision, three core messages have been drawn up to support each of the three areas of intervention: education, influence and resources.
Education:
Education is a human right and the path to generating sustainable development for the individual and for society. This is why we work to obtain equal access to education for all women and men as well as to ensure quality in teaching.
Influence:
All people have the right to influence their own life and society. This is why we support popular organisations in their work to safeguard these rights, and why we work to promote democratic conditions in the local community.
Resources:
All people have the right to a fair share of the world`s resources. This is why we support popular organisations in their efforts to make globalisation benefit the world`s poorest as well, and why we participate in the debate on global economic and political issues.
