The Galactic Research Institute (GRI) of the Foundation for the Law of Time is dedicated to the interdisciplinary study and investigation of the nature of the galaxy, galactic consciousness, galactic culture, galactic science and communication, and galactic citizenship and the future of Earth.

This includes , of course the current state of our Planet Earth - a Wiser Earth - when guided by Cosmic Science and the knowledge of Cosmic History.

Our works include:

Second Planetary Congress of Biospheric Rights. Sequel to the First Congress which occurred ten years ago, also at the Parlamundi in Brasilia, Brazil, the second Congress was held in the Red Magnetic Moon year, Electric Moon, 3-7 (September 22-26, 2006). Its three principle goals: activate an alternative energy and community network; create the Operation Earth Rescue program and network; and in anticipation of concluding the biosphere-noosphere transition originate an ongoing Planetary Biospheric Congress and Noospheric World Assembly. This event will be pivotal in crystallizing projects and strategies with the goal of engendering a peaceful whole system transformation of planet Earth by 2012.

Presently  we are working on promoting the FIRST NOOSPHERE WORLD CONGRESS which will occur in Bali, Indonesia in the summer of 2009. 

On behalf of Jose Argulles, founder of EARTH DAY and the force behind the Law of Time, I post the following as an introduction to the FOUNDATION FOR THE LAW OF TIME for those who are not familiar with this organization and its position on the Future of the Planet....  

Having just watched the movie of C.S.Lewis’s book “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe”, I am going to play the role of little Lucy, daughter of Eve and challenge the present position of most organizations and individuals with respect to the future of the planet. In the movie  “Prince Caspian” when the Tomb of Aslan is soon to be under siege Lucy suggests to the others that there is not two but three possible beliefs as to what could happen in the future.  ....The third is a belief in the Divine, the Supernatural, the God Head, the Creator and the Absolute. 

The Galactic Research Institute states that we have already received intelligent communication and will continue to do so at a rapid rate as we are only five years from the OMEGA point of Galactic Synchronization which will occur December 12, 2012 AD . Further  we are being guided by higher intelligence in the form of two HUMAN avatars:  one male and one female who are communicating with us in the form of numbers, words and works. I state my case by quoting from the Cosmic History Chronicles the following:

“The view of the cosmos is framed by the fourth dimensional wavespell: the 13.7 billion year Wavespell of Cosmic Creation. This is 13.7 billion years of evolution of the phenomenal universe and material  plane as defined by stars, galaxies, supernova, planets, planetoids, and ultimately forms of life. Thru this lens the present human form, or evolutionary model, occurs in the last minute of the 365^th day of the cosmic yardstick. In other words, the last day of the 13.7 billion year cycle is equivalent to the last 37.5 million years. The wavespell shows that only in the last 26,000 years did the model homo sapiens manifest on this planet – this is the last unit of Cosmic History. In the last 5,000 years  or in the last 13 seconds of this 13.7 Billion year cycle, there have been periodic human display of divine inspiration and revelation, known by names Krshna, Christ, Quetzalcoatl, etc. Most of the great masters or avatars lived before the final 260 year expotential surge. The last universally recognized avatar and prophet, Muhammand lived some 1,300 years ago. Avatars are the embodiment of a specific teaching in a physical form….”

“From an Absolute point of view, we are at the point of the final corruption, the triumph of evil, the complete and final exultation of male technocratic prowness”

“A teaching may look good…but when it hits the iron clad scepticism of the wall of historical materialism..it bounces back without penetrating. Soon everyone is lost in a flood of information….Positivism says that the universe is knowable through the “rational” human mind.” (Goya said we dream the dream of REASON and created a brilliant drawing of the monsters that accompany it) “Through logic, scientific deduction and experimentation the rational mind can construct theories that the universe supposedly conforms to….In actuality the universe has no theories…the universe is not a theoretical construct, nor does it conform to any fabricated theories…Theories are purely human constructs. What makes the human think that it can know the nature of the cosmos or universe thru theory? ….this state of mind assumes that other civilizations will develop radio instruments and try to send signals through the universe in hopes of making contact with advanced technological civializations” 

“A higher reality is not a more advanced technological civilization, but rather a supermental state of mind….. This higher, supremely creative mind is sometimes called the Godhead, or the expression of a creative force vastly beyond us…. Cosmic Science tells us there are 18 dimensions and 8 universes. In a universe so immense, it is only common sense to assume that here is consiouness and intelligence beyond the level we are at….the point is divine inspiration comes from somewhere…this somewhere is not physcialy locatable. It is in another dimension. “

“Cosmic Science was an extraterrestrial precipatiation that occurred on earth in 1969-1970, through a Colombian engineer Enrique Castillo Rincon. Not coincidentally, these were the same years that whole Earth consiouness was formed, when the human developed the feedback mechanism to see Earth from Space.  This created a noosphere activation that was received as a signal in the higher dimensional circuitry of the AA Midway Station (the place of Earth Guardians) and then into the circuitry of higher dimensions.  At that point, the Earth attained a minute, but significant point of self-reflective consiousness. It saw itself. That precipitated the descent of Cosmic Science, which was timed to the embroonic origination of the superhuman homo noosphericus. The actual conception of the superhuman occurred on March 7, 1970…this triggered the avataric descent of Cosmic Science, or the descent of extraterrestrial intelligence” In 1986, while the Closer of the Cycle was immersed in mediation of the resonant telepathic field of Pacal Votan, Cosmic Science fell into his hands….divine or avataric descents are not random matters…the synchronic codes of the Law of Time show that everything is related by different mathematical ratios. …”

“At the entryway of historical cycle, the Earth from its noospheric strata responded with a coded signal to the Galactic Masters who determined an intervention was needed….this intervention was known as the intervention of the Galactic Mayan. This Mayan experiment was intended to create a galactic culture and civilization on Earth with a different perception of TIME from the rest of the planet as could be conceived. …it was not only necessary to create a civilization that developed a galactic concept of TIME, but also prophetic, spiritual transmission demonstrating the unification of the great teachers of the awakening beneath the prevailing ceiling of historical materialism….the main teaching of Pacal Votan was an avataric manifestation shows that the mind needs to elevate into the higher dimensions of reality….There are also different stages or conditions of mind that receive those transmission at those particular time space points….this mind terma of Cosmic Science occurred 17 years after the tomb of Pacal Votan was opened. When the tomb was opened a surge of thoughtforms were released, activating different processes of thought, culture and manifestation on this planet from that time onward, including Cosmic Science. Everything that has occurred since 1952 has in some way affected or activated by the opening of that TOMB.

“By its very nature, human history is the progressive trivialization of the Absolute, and therefore the maximum point of human amnesia. At this point, most people consider the Absolute as “just another idea”….what is called the “leadership” of the human race is actually the servant of a materialistic economic system that pays blind alligence to and refuse to give up its interest in materialistic/monetary economics – even at the expense of the planet…at this stage in of the historical endgame, the sacred is viewed as nonsensical hocus pocus while the profane is viewed as “normal” and dominates the world. As long as this profane attitude is maintained, the world remains on the brink of destruction. As the Bhagavad –Gita states (16:9) “Following such conclusions, the demoniac, who are lost to themselves and who have no intelligence, engage in unbeneficial, horrible works meant to destroy the world”

”From the point of view of Cosmic Science, it is clear that there is order in the universe. Order follows intent, and where there is intent there is intelligence – hence, intelligent design. The pure, positivist point of view says that order” just happens” and presupposes no intelligence; it says that the only intelligence that exists to human beings, who are precieved to be highly evolved state of randomness where electronic charges in their brains allow them to have things called thoughts….unlike modern science, Cosmic History is based on intelligence and purpose, as well as a number of other principles involved in the presentation of the 13.7 Billion year Wavespell….which is a multidimensional description of the evolution of cosmic intelligence into its phenomenally imploded manifestation of cosmic consiouness. “

“The evolution of the cosmos is not just he evolution of the stars, planets and galaxies; it is also the evolution of intelligence….according to Cosmic History, there is a parallel development to the astrophysical universe of higher dimensions of intelligence, of mind, and super mind consiouness that is not even state dependent..this means consciousness exists without a body or medium to operate in. As the physical cosmos evolves, there is a parallel evolution of intelligence in the higher dimensions.”

“We are now in the final nanosecond, experiencing the recapitulation of this entire 13.7 billion year process. On Dec 12, 2012 the clock of illusion strikes midnight and concludes the Sixth day of Creation…this is followed by the dawning of the Seventh day of Creation. At this point, an entirely new cycle of 13.7 billion years commences, slowly dissolving matter back into light. The cosmos will be seen as the medium ofcosmic consiouness to return everything in stages of greater spiritual expansion….the extract of Vela binary pulsar episode, incarnation 11, Beta transmission of the pranic sphere.
