LeaderSpring's mission is to foster high-performing nonprofits by strengthening and connecting the people who lead them.



LeaderSpring provides a two-year, on-the-job leadership training program for nonprofit executive directors in the San Francisco Bay Area. Through fellowship, these community leaders: Improve their leadership and management skills, Enhance the capacity of the organizations they lead, Build collaborative relationships with their peers and communities, Sustain their leadership positions through renewal and inspiration.
