About  [Edit]

"Turning business networking into business community"

Peace.

We are pleased to launch an initiative in the Seattle area called "Local Area Networkers." Starting with the Central Area, we will be forming "neighbornets" of people interested in networking for business, non-profit, social enterprise and professional development. Within these "neighbornets" we will be sharing resources, skills, referrals, business partnerships, and providing community and emotional support for each other as business people.

Local Area Networkers meet face to face (and heart to heart), within our neighborhoods. We may also use a variety of online business and social networking systems to connect with one another and with people in other neighborhoods, cities, regions, and countries. It Takes Us All!

Current neighbornets:
Central Area Networkers
Rainier Valley Networkers
South Lake Washington Area Networkers

In 2007, we may also be starting a neighbornet in:
Beacon Hill
