The EcoHousing Association of Whitehorse (EHAW) promotes the development of EcoHousing developments in Whitehorse.
We define Ecohousing as:
A neighbourhood of about 25 to 35 homes with extensive common facilities that supplement private homes
Pedestrian friendly to create safety
Preserve green space
Created with input from the residents
Managed by the residents using a decision making process that provides equal power.
