The Farmworker Institute for Education and Leadership Development (FIELD) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening America’s agricultural sector. We recognize that agricultural workers and other Latinos are in need of better training and educational opportunities in order to succeed in the rapidly changing American economy. FIELD helps meet this challenge.

Mission

FIELD will promote economic and social prosperity for Latinos and other low-income individuals and their families to help them realize their inherent worth and strengthen their communities.

FIELD is committed to accomplishing this by:

-- Providing value added services to regional economic sector endeavors;

-- Creating high quality programs and making them accessible to individuals across generational lines;

-- Strengthening organizations and institutions through active participation in collaborative initiatives;

-- Promoting leadership development in the communities that we serve;
