About  [Edit]

Picture a place where you are always welcome, where students of all ages are engaged in learning, and where people leave with a sense of connection and empowerment. Through learning gardens, community space, classes, tours and many other offerings, Dharma Harvest will be an educational center that draws the community together.

Dharma Harvest’s non-profit mission is to serve the general public with a unique educational experience and to provide local organic produce to those in need.  The farm will demonstrate environmentally conscious practices, focusing on how each unique element creates a larger self-sufficient system. The experiences at Dharma Harvest will  bring awareness to how we are all connected through the land we share.

Dharma Harvest will offer: • Educational gardens: self-guided exploration  • Learning gardens: hands-on cultivation • Farm tours: highlighting interconnected systems and alternative education • Classes, conferences, and lectures • Dedicated research and development space  • Access to affordable organic produce • Farm stand and CSA shares • Involvement with the farm to school program  • Community garden space  • Forest gardens and educational trails • Integrated livestock • Art lessons and dedicated environmental art space • Herbal healing consultations  • Herb cultivation and production • Internship opportunities • Outdoor and indoor classroom and gathering spaces  Dharma Harvest will empower our youth and communities to work together in  attaining a healthier lifestyle and to achieve social change.

We are in our beginning stages and welcome all interested in visiting and in supporting us!
