The primary purpose of K&F Baxter Family Foundation is to celebrate and memoralize the importance of each citizen in our democratic, pluralist,multiracial and multicultural society,which is organized upon bedrock principles of individual liberty. The primary mission if foundation is to fund policy recommendations with regard to selected changes and opprtunities faced by disadvantaged and multiracial in an era of rapid technological and social change.
