Twin Pines Housing Trust, a non-profit housing developer located in the Upper Connecticut River Valley, is dedicated to perpetual affordable housing. Since our inception in 1990 we have given hundreds of families the opportunity to live in safe, affordable housing throughout the New Hampshire and Vermont towns of the Upper Valley. We offer a variety of housing options including rental apartments, single-family homes, and mobile home parks. Every day Twin Pines Housing Trust continues to provide housing that, in turn, makes our families and communities stronger.

Twin Pines Housing Trust was formed in a union of two predecessor organizations in 1990. The organization arose from the broadly felt need in the community for housing that was affordable to lower- and moderate-income people in the area. The past 14 years have seen the creation of housing and developments of various types, including rental apartments, mobile home lots, and single-family homes. We increased our inventory of housing 40% from 2001 to the present, primarily by adding rental apartments in our service area.
