Our Mission
Our mission is to support organic and sustainable food production practices throughout the Snoqualmie and Snohomish watersheds. We strive to bring together individuals working to support and promote biologically sound and socially equitable agriculture and connect them with consumers.
Our objectives include the following:
- Establish a speakers bureau and create scripted presentations on local/sustainable agriculture, soil, health, and other Tilth-related topics.
- Write stories and informational articles for submittal to local newspapers and newsletters.
- Create a calendar that will include professional photos of farms in the valley, recipes, information about the importance of local and sustainable agriculture, and seasonal produce available from local farms.
