The Development Agency of Mosquitia [Mosquitia Pawisa Apiska, MOPAWI] provides technical support to cacao farmers to promote forest conservation and the consolidation of their farms. It also helps to strengthen local organizations in the ten Miskitas and Tawahkas indigenous communities in the municipality of Wampusirpe in Honduras. MOPAWI uses a systematized method for its internal and extension work.
