Our intention is to put into the hands of interested citizens such arguments and information as may be necessary to come to an informed conclusion concerning whether the current American administration committed felonies in the build-up to, and prosecution of, the invasion of Iraq.

The named defendants are President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, and Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, They are charged, in the Court of Common Opinion, with having lied in their statements of intention prior to the war, their justifications for the war, and their explanation of the prosecution of the war, all under applicable sections of Title 18 of the United States Code.
