Animal Liberation Queensland aims to contribute to the animal rights movement and to work towards a more practical and compassionate human worldwide, by:



Lobbying for legislative change at local, state and federal government levels; including collaboration with other state and national animal rights groups on a needs basis to increase the effectiveness of such lobbying.



Conducting consumer awareness campaign regarding:



* Factory Farming of livestock and Australian wildlife,

* the use of animals in research, Product Testing and teaching,

* the use of animals in all forms of Entertainment,

* the Live Export of animals destined for overseas slaughter,

* and the keeping of Companion Animals.



Providing free educational resources to the public in general, as well as specifically - consumer groups, environmental organizations, students and staff in educational institutes at all levels. These resources include, literature, video, books, magazines and our web site.
