The mission of the International Research Foundation for Development, Inc. is to establish and maintain an integrated global network for scientific policy research and advocacy on contemporary development issues. This system of novel interface aims to create a global community of cooperation and partnership for human concerns of sustainable development: socioeconomic, politico-cultural, and educational and scientific. The outcome of this effort should generate original and transcendental thought: cross-cultural, cross-nationalistic, cross-regionalistic, and cross-disciplinary. The thrust of this mission is to empower the grass roots views so that global policy making is affected generating global peace and sustainable development for the new millennium.
