Marin County Bicycle Coalition [MCBC] is a 501[c][3] nonprofit membership organization that was founded in 1998. Our mission is to promote safe bicycling for everyday transportation and recreation.



Better conditions for bicycling will shift auto trips to bicycle trips, improving the environment, reducing traffic, and benefiting personal and public health.



Our goal is for 20% of all trips in Marin to be made by walking or bicycling.
