Avesta advocates for affordable housing, develops and manages high quality rental housing, and helps residents access other supportive services.



Avesta's Development Division brings production of new affordable housing to Southern Maine through the following means:



*Creation of newly constructed apartments and single family homes

*Preservation of existing affordable housing at risk of losing affordability

*Refinancing of existing portfolio properties

*Acquisition and rehabilitation of distressed properties
