About [Edit]
The Ohio Wildlife Center (OWC), a premier non-profit wildlife rehabilitation organization, is nationally recognized as an authority on native Ohio wildlife issues. In the last two years, over 8,500 injured and orphaned wild animals representing 137 different species were admitted to the emergency facility. OWC is also the only wildlife center in Ohio equipped with immediate and continual veterinary expertise and services.
The mission of OWC is to foster an awareness and appreciation of Ohio’s native wildlife through rehabilitation and education programs. Over 200 students, seniors and caring citizens actively participate in animal care, outreach programs, hotline operation and fund raising events.
