About  [Edit]

A collaboration with authors from across continents (US, UK), Climb The Green Ladder: Making Sustainability Work For Your Company and Career, is a new book to be published Oct. 2009 by Wiley.

Climb The Green Ladder will be a practical toolkit for those people who want to make their company or organization more sustainable from within.

From teachers to government leaders to sales force or CEO's, all of us, armed with the right tools and information, will provide practical knowledge about the steps employees are taking to successfully transform their organizations in ways that address social and environmental impacts and drive company growth and revenue goals forward.

Climb the Green Ladder will illustrate clearly the personal and business benefits of sustainability. Step by step, it identifies a range of issues in the workplace and puts these in context, including the particular challenges each issue presents. Once identified, tried and tested strategies are suggested to conquer each issue, including real-life solutions compiled from inspiring individuals who have successfully changed their workplaces from within to create a comprehensive tool-kit for action.

Help us reveal what works and what doesn’t by participating in our survey so we can share knowledge and work towards a greener, more sustainable, more successful future.

We are also looking for inspiring and visionary individuals who have made their companies or organizations more sustainable. Could you be a case study?

Please leave a comment or email us if you have a story to share.
