Background: AFRONET was created 1993, after the World Conference on Human Rights, to help African human rights NGOs network and coordinate efforts. It has started it work with groups in Zambia, but aspires to extend it efforts throughout the continent.



Activities: AFRONET focuses on communication, promoting good governance and sustainable development, human rights, capaciaty-building and training, and the interaction of law and society.
