Mission
1) The organizational process has a history of social and environmental resistance to the exploitation and destruction of nature and natural resources.
2) Traditional cultivation of arabic coffee for over 100 years - addition to coffee of a great variety of native plant and tree products.
3) Thanks to the biodiversity of the coffee cultivating region, no chemicals are used in the production of the coffee - it is 100% natural and contributes to the conservation of the habitat.
4) Diversification of the production of coffee across various farms has guaranteed the self sustinance of the familes of farmers and elevated their incomes.
