The CoC Project had only two goals.



That by 2000, Canadian individuals and organizations could begin to be much more effective and strategic about exploring, understanding and capitalizing on change because we would be supported by a new globally-linked, organization/network which had been explicitly designed for this purpose.

That the birth of the new body would be cheered by a supportive community of persons and organizations from every sector of our society.
