- Assist in the establishment of a free, independent, democratic TV and Radio in Armenia, with the view of making these the pledge of the inseparable right to information collection and dissemination;



- Support for the formation of new information fields relevant to the establishment of market economy, lawful state, democratic and political society, new mass media and first of all TV and Radio Companies and new generation of journalists.
