SINCE 1992, donors have established permanent funds to support diverse needs in the community. Their generosity enables the community foundation to grow its endowment for a granting resource to improve the quality of life in our communities.

NOW, with more than 80 funds, the community foundation has been able to give more than $3.3 million in awards, grants and scholarships since inception. As the funds continue to grow, each contribution will far exceed its original value and will continue to meet the needs and interests of our community well into the future. The Foundation is proud to be part of the generous and forward-thinking community that has made this possible.

THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION continues to make the most of ever-lasting philanthropy in Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta, Highland and Nelson Counties of Virginia. We are dedicated to the management, growth and distribution of funds as awards, scholarships and grants to the community each year.
