ANUVIBHA`s aims and objectives are
to develop a new system of education embodying a scientific outlook based on Jivan Vigyan [Science of Living], human solidarity and mankind`s common heritage drawn from cosmopolitan cultural traditions,
to strengthen and promote eternal values such as nonviolence [ahimsa], moral strength, honesty and integrity of character and strive for the lasting peace in the world,
to develop mutual trust, communal harmony and tolerance among the different groups of multicultural societies,
to strive for the accomplishment of the twin ideals of world friendship and universal brotherhood,
to enable the young generation as well as the adults to guard against the harmful effects of dangerous drugs like alcohol, tobacco, hashish, hemp and opium,
to endeavour to create a wholesome ideal society by means of Anuvrat code of conduct embedded in ahimsa, Preksha Meditation, Jivan Vigyan [Science of Living], nature cure, vegetarianism and yoga,
to initiate and undertake activities aimed at developing positive attitudes among children,
to generate a powerful climate by rousing man`s conscience against human exploitation, violation of human rights, social injustice, terrorism and violence taking place in the world,
to serve the cause of the destitute, the hapless, the aged, the diseased and other weaker sections of society,
to produce or publish good formative literature for the benefit of the people,
to encourage scientific study and research into social and moral problems with a view to arriving at their solutions,
to seek support from and extend invitations to other organizations of the world for campaigns against nuclear war, hatred and violence,
to popularize ahimsa [nonviolence] as a means to resolve all forms of conficts and to create a nonviolent sociopolitical world order free from exploitation and prejudices emanating form religion, caste, colour and sects,
