FOKER is a networking forum for NGOs in Papua.
Vision Statement
As a networking forum, FOKER works to build more just and diverse structures, to promote the interests of the economically disadvantaged and indigenous communities in Papua (both men and women) to enable them to gain access and take control of the economic, political, social and cultural resources at their disposal and to allow them to take charge of their own futures.
Mission Statement
To play a role as a facilitator to promote the growth and development of NGOs, community organisations, indigenous community organisations, based on an approach that is integrative, and reflects a gender perspective, human rights and environmental interests.

Democracy, independence, social justice, environmental justice, human rights, anti-violence, anti-discrimination and equity
