Perma-Norikum - Association to promot Permaculture in the regional area of Upper-Austria
| In the region of Upperaustria a group of individualists hase found together and become active in their area. Their aim is to spread the idea of Permaculture – the idea of mutual support instead of competition. |  |

"Perma-Norikum" ist situated in Wels.
Since our start we are running nearly each month our meetings, we do also
activ work, nearly ervery time on an other place in Upperaustria, to
bring Permacultur to the people. In summer 2007 we provided a 72h Permaculture-Designcourse with Joe Polaischer in Wels. It was a great time for all of us and also a great pleasure. Now we are very sorry that we´ve lost Joe, but he´ll be in our harts. Joe was the soul of the international Permaculture. But we are looking forward, to share his dreams. |

way to Permaculture lies in observing nature, learning from traditional
agriculture systems and using modern science and technologies. Permaculture is finding the right relationship between people, plants, animals, buildings, supply systems and landscape. |
