To transform the power of love into action, GFLP

• organizes intercultureal and interfaith dialouges, working toward conflict resolution and the establishment of peace;

• promotes values-based education and establishes international mediation centers around the world;
• creates international youth interfaith groups, planning peace education aanize the Fifth nd working toward the inaugration of a univeristy of world religions; and
  
• initiating war orphans educational programs;

During the week of September 15th-21th 2007 GFLP will organize the Fifth Annual Week of Global Interfaith Dialouge.  In prrevious years the Week of Global Interfaith Dialouge had been celebrated in Iran, India, Israel, Jordan, Pakistan, Mozambique, Uganda, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Australia, Taiwan, Finland, the Philippines, the UK, and in many locations in the United States. 

GFLP was honored to be one of the primary sponsors of the 55th Annual DPI/NGO Confernece held in at the United Nations in September 2002 ("Rebuilding Societies Emerging from Conflict: A Shared Responsibility"), and the Buddhist Muslim Dialouge Conference on Global Ethics and Good Governance held in May, 2003 at UESCO headquarters in Paris.
