About [Edit]
The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) is a private, nonprofit organization founded in 1989 and dedicated to providing safe, decent, affordable housing opportunities to low- and moderate-income families and individuals in Arlington County, VA.
APAH purchases and renovates apartment buildings to preserve them as affordable housing, improve the condition of the properties and enhance the neighborhoods in which APAH properties are located.
Housing Facts:
As the population of Arlington County continues to increase, so does the demand for decent, affordable housing. This affects the ability of area employers to attract and retain qualified employees, including critical county employees such as public school teachers, police, fire and rescue personnel.
