* Promote the exchange of experience as well as the formation of contacts and networks among NGOs;
* Encourage technological and scientific cooperation internationally;
* Strengthen networking capacities in the fields of technology and science;
* Foster the accomplishments of scientific merit within the wider international framework;
* Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure development concerning developing countries, emerging econpolicy management withinomy and industrialized countries including further development of technologies and applications.
These are organizational network management systems pertaining to key actions, which includes sustainable management and quality of the environment, climatic and biodiversity impacts, renewable cleaner energy systems, and efficient mandates for economic growth enabling the integration and strengthening of the European Research Area.
