The American Indoor Air Quality Council promotes awareness, education, and certification in the field of Indoor Air Quality through learning, sharing, and networking.

Our mission is to: To act as a source for the collection and dissemination of indoor air quality information to members; To promote awareness and education on indoor air quality.

Our goal: To serve the public interest with integrity as an independent certifying body.

The American Indoor Air Quality Council is a professional association with a diverse membership encompassing public and private sectors as well as government and academia, a membership representative of the total Indoor Air Quality field. The Council has as its mission to act as a source for the collection and dissemination of Indoor Air Quality information to its members.

With a goal of promoting Indoor Air Quality awareness and education, the Council provides opportunities to stay current with emerging methodologies and current standards in all areas of IAQ. The Council is dedicated to the advancement of the IAQ professional through opportunities for networking, training and certification, professional recognition and current information on standards and guidelines affecting the multi-disciplinary field of Indoor Air Quality.
