The ABS CBN Foundation, Inc. (USA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to raising funds to improve the lives of abused and disadvantaged children and women in the Philippines, primarily through the programs of the ABS-CBN Foundation in the Philippines.



The Foundation supports the 24-hour child abuse rescue operation named Bantay Bata (Child Watch), a value formation and curriculum enhancement program for public elementary schools called Educational TV (ETV), and a poverty alleviation and community economic opportunities program termed Bayan (Community) Microfinance. The Foundation also promotes Bantay Kalikasan (Nature Watch) to encourage clean air and clear water for the children of the metro capital of the Philippines, Manila.
