Vision: Create a high quality, high expectation music development centre to maximise the potential life/employment chances of young black and ethnic minority men (BME) Encourage the ‘feeding back’ into the Project and the Community of skills or experience that have been acquired

Mission: Provide the highest quality tiered set of music industry related training, development and employment experiences that lead directly to improving employment prospects. Including: Production and Artist Development, Performance skills, Work Experience (Killer CV use or direct employment prospects) Use music as a gateway to acquire Technical, Personal Skills and Career Development Direction to broaden a sense of ‘what I may become’ Transferable across a range of industries Inspire stakeholders and potential stakeholders to share their skills within the organisation and their community We provide a range of nusic courses and development programmes that run from 5 days to 6 months.
