Introduction

The Morning Star Foundation is committed to creating public awareness for the protection and preservation of any Indigenous Nation on Mother Earth. Its primary purpose is to protect and support “Traditional” Elders, Sacred Sites, Sacred Burial Grounds, and Sacred Ceremony for the continuation of their Nation’s spiritual and cultural, teachings and lifestyles.

Mission

From before the beginning of the Americas, we have been witness to the impact the Native Indian Culture has had upon our world. Unfortunately, we are seeing this incredible life heritage disintegrate before our very eyes. We are now at the crossroads of the New Millennium and forced to acknowledge that our planet Earth is in environmental danger.

The Native Indians have always accepted their responsibility of guardianship of Mother Earth. Because of their strong spiritual nature, these indigenous tribes have been able to pass down their sacred teachings orally for thousands of years. For this reason it is important to help preserve and protect their sacred-sites, sacred burial grounds, sacred ceremonies and especially their tribal Elders.

Eagle Their homelands are the very center of their soul. The indigenous people all over the world pray for the animal, tree and plant life that help keep Mother Earth in balance, and are now being driven to extinction. For it has been said, “What we do to Mother Earth, we do to ourselves”. It is a simple, yet profound concept for the survival of all nations on this planet. At a time when many countries are at war and privy to nuclear weaponry, it is for our best interests, to join together in a peaceful way and support each other. Morning Star Foundation is committed to bringing supportive actions and pertinent information to the general public.

Through education, knowledge can be turned into action. Through action; compassion, forgiveness, Love, and generosity will follow. These are the qualities an individual on the “Red Road” strives for, and this is the catalyst for Morning Star Foundation.
