CDI sees the teaching of new technologies as a way of promoting responsible citizenship, literacy, improved health, ecological awareness, and non-violence. With this idea in mind, CDI helps social organizations and communities to create EICs by giving them an insfrastructure of hardware and software, training the schools' monitors, providing methodologies and program content, and offering technical support and follow-up. Our goal is to strengthen the capabilities of people who do not have access to technology so that they will, in turn, be the leaders of changes in their own lives.
