About [Edit]
The Arias Foundation is a private, non-profit organization registered in Costa Rica.
Born in the transition toward peace in Central America, we focus primarily on this region.
We promote dialogue as the best means of solving conflicts and differences of any nature.
We favor the utilization of participatory models in decision-making in our internal affairs and with our partners and associates.
The development of individual and collective abilities is a priority in our work; as a result, all of our efforts have an associative character.
We recognize that our duty to be transparent in the management of our relationships and finances goes beyond a strict observance of the law.
Our Foundation will observe with our personnel all of the responsibilities assigned to it as the employe by labor legislation.
A person's dignity and equal opportunities for women and men of all ethnic groups are indisputable values of our Foundation.
We will remain vigilant in ensuring that our personnel comply with these precepts during their daily tasks.
