About  [Edit]

Our Vision

The Intercommunity Peace & Justice Center, living out of a shared Christian faith tradition, recognizes and respects the dignity of all persons and all creation.

Our Mission

The Intercommunity Peace & Justice Center promotes just structures in the church and in the world, with a particular focus on the Pacific Northwest. IPJC is sponsored by sixteen religious communities and collaborates with Catholic, ecumenical, interfaith and other organizations in carrying out this mission.

Women's Justice Circles

Women's Justice Circles is a Northwest Collaboration for Empowerment of the Intercommunity Peace and Justice Center and 15 ministries for women in the Pacific Northwest. Each Women's Justice Circle builds relationships among a diverse group of women; identifies and discusses issues affecting low-income women; develops leadership and organizing skills; and takes action to create a more just society.

Northwest Coalition for Responsible Investment

NWCRI is a regional collaborative venture of faithbased institutions committed to using their power as investors to shape a more just world.

Young Adult Programming (20's & 30's)

Information on our Young Adult Justice Book Group, Parenting for Peace & Justice, our Interfaith Justice Series and other events.

Plunge and Immersion

A plunge is an opportunity to engage in direct service with the poor and marginalized, and to reflect with other participants in a guided, prayerful setting on the causes of poverty and the possibilities for personal and communal action.
