GRASS works for poverty elimination, gender justice and sustainable development in rural areas. Endeavours to understand the issues, needs and priorities of the poor, rural women; organise rural women and facilitates the rural and gender development interventions, by developing their capacities and skills; undertakes action-oriented studies on gender-issues in development; conducts capacity building training and environmental education to youths and women and communities.
