To promote Permaculture, good sustainable practices and true community participation throughout the area defined as Cerrado-Pantanal (central west Brasil) through research. A special emphasis is placed on working with indigenous communities through developing tailored training programs that empower local people to take control of their own decision-making and planning of their communities development.
