The austin cactus and succulent society promotes the interest, study, propagation, conservation, and public awareness of cacti and other succulents.



Other Activities:



- Field trips to ranches, nurseries, parks, etc. Semiannual shows at the Garden Center. zilker cactus garden. Plant rescue missions, Repotting sessions.



- The Society maintians a Library, including numerous books and journals from around the world on various topics about cacti and succulents, horticulture, conservation.
