About [Edit]
The Split Rock Learning Centre Association (SRLCA) is a non-profit organization located in Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia. This organization offers a wide range of local and international programs that support community building, youth leadership and sustainable rural livelihood.
SRLCA operates three unique and interconnected programs. The primary focus of SRLCA programming is to support youth in transition to become positive contributors to their community. Currently, many youth are falling through the gaps of the existing education and support services. SRLCA programming is designed to meet the needs of these youth by encouraging them to navigate their own internal choices and to offer support and guidance as they work with the existing government and service provider systems. All of our programs focus on supporting youth to transition out of crisis and into leadership positions within the community.
