Future 500 is a leader in stakeholder engagement. We specialize in forging links between corporations and stakeholders to advance global citizenship.
We provide three services, summarized in the Corporate Citizenship Pyramid:
- The base of the pyramid is PERFORMANCE. Through a software-supported process called Global Citizenship 360, we enable companies to measure, embed, and improve their performance against the major sustainability standards: Dow Jones, FTSE4Good, GRI, SA8000 and others.
- The middle tier of the pyramid is TRUST. Through trainings, software, and direct services, we bring executives together with NGO and activist leaders, to foster understanding, built trust, and move beyond adversarialism.
- The top tier is LEADERSHIP. We help companies design and build leadership initiatives, to advance major social objectives in ways that also build brands and reputation. Our approach builds a common VISION, and a ROADMAP to get there. Then we build relations and partnerships with NGOs to move forward together.
We operate at the intersection of corporations and stakeholders, pioneering the tools, strategies and processes that help these disparate parties identify common ground to address society's most pressing problems.
