About  [Edit]

Ringing Rocks Foundation explores the world, documenting and conserving healing practices and spiritual traditions.

The Foundation supports:

FIELD RESEARCH

Directed by Bradford Keeney, Ph.D., the foundation's Distinguished Scholar of Cultural Studies, ethnographic work is conducted throughout the world, constituting one of the most pervasive and intimate studies of traditional cultural healing practices ever undertaken. The foundation's seminal work, the book series, Profiles of Healing, marks the beginning of an encyclopedia of global healing wisdom.

PUBLIC EDUCATION

Various educational programs have been presented ranging from a major event at the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian in New York City to elementary school presentations and graduate education initiatives with psychotherapists.

INDIGENOUS CULTURAL PROGRAMS

Our Discretionary Fund Grants programs allow us to work in concert with organizations around the world with the purpose of actively promoting the continuance of indigenous cultures.

SPECIAL PROJECTS AND PARTNERSHIPS

Helping preserve the ancient sacred texts of Bali, digitally preserving the rock art of southern Africa, producing an annual gospel concert in New Orleans, helping restore ancient Jewish mystical manuscripts, and establishing a Kalahari Bushman healing conservancy are some of the foundation's ongoing projects.
