About  [Edit]

The site is dedicated to provide a forum for indigenous women to speak without the restrictions of borders through cyberspace on the issues concerning our survival (human rights, economic development, education, and health/mother earth). Through our combined voices, we will work to bring about change and equality for women of all ages, cultures, abilities and religions. It is our intent to promote and strengthen governmental policies and programs that favor indigenous women in the following areas:

Human Rights – By speaking out collectively for the rights of indigenous women and informing indigenous women of their rights under the law.

Economic Development – By supporting economic activities of indigenous women through global networking.

Education – By promoting the rights to education for all girls and women regardless of their culture, tradition and/or religion.

Health/Mother Earth – By advocating for legislation that reduces negative environmental degradation on the health and lives of indigenous women.
