The Council for the Homeless is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization, incorporated in Washington State and located in Vancouver. The Council is led by the Board of Directors. Do you work with the CSEJ at Washington State University? I thought I recognized the org from something associated at WSUV, but I cannot put my finger on it! I am an advocate of teen homeless on the !-5 corridor and will look you up when I get stateside again!
