Med_buttoncpi Interfaith Council is a multi-ethnic, multi-religious organization, a living model of diverse people working together with mutual respect for the good of our community.

The Interfaith Council supports and promotes interfaith education and understanding and provides a model of interfaith action and cooperation within the Inland Northwest.

The Interfaith Council:

> acknowledges an ultimate spiritual reality;

> respects the rights of individuals to seek, investigate, and choose spiritual and/or religious beliefs for themselves;

> believes faith communities and faith traditions have responsibility to lead in modeling peace and harmony for the world;

> promotes peace-education, mediation, and reconciliation within families, communities, nations and in the world;

> promotes positive virtues critical for spiritual maturity in individuals and humankind;

> is committed to work for the well-being of all of life and nature.
