SKIP promotes respect for international children's rights and for the implementation of the International Convention for the Rights of Children in every region of the world where activities are run. Cross cutting issues are: partnership/ participation, culture of peace, gender sensitivity and advocacy. Disadvantaged children and youths are at risk of rejection by their families, SKIP supports existing networks and helps create new ones to enable children and youths to live autonomous lives.
