About [Edit]
The philosophy of totality that CHEC aims to inject into every level of development, brings together government ministers, villagers, scientists, artists, economists, health workers, teachers and religious practitioners in common action toward individual and global ecological well-being. In this way, CHEC aims to ensure that as each area develops, it is in harmony with the growth of nature and socially in ecosystems and human communities
Human Ecology:
Ecology is the science of living organisms in relationship with one another and their environment. Human ecology is a dynamic view of human concerns relating to the natural as well as the man-made world around us. It is about the totality of human life and the interconnections that sustain life; the nature of the interrelationships between the individual, society and the environment.
Roderick Lawrence summarises the different interpretations of human ecology by contributors in several academic disciplines including, anthropology, architecture and town planning, bio-history, economics, epidemiology, sociology, systems theory and psychology.
