Pro Mujer decided to expand operations into Tacna. Pro Mujer Peru was awarded US$ 82,192 from “Fondoempleo”, a national institution that provides contributions from private companies and the government. Pro Mujer Peru has also qualified for a loan of US$ 500,000 with the Interamerican Development Bank to expand services into Juliaca and Tacna. Pro Mujer Peru is being recognized for its excellence. Foncodes, a national institution for the support of social development projects, ranked Pro Mujer Peru among the best institutions in the country.
